What is a FanRecycler and AirCycler?
Friday, June 29, 2018
AirCycler® is a newer version of FanRecycler®, and both are systems that improve indoor air quality by activating the fan/blower in a furnace or air handler to periodically either circulate the indoor air or introduce outside air into a home. The control panel only turns on the central system’s fan after a preset period of time that the system has not been operating—typically during the spring and fall, when heating or cooling is not needed. It can also be used to operate a motorized damper for the fresh air intake duct.
