What is the minimum height of the crawl space under a mobile home?
Tuesday, January 5, 2021
The HUD standard is a minimum height between ground and bottom of I-beams of 12-inches. Florida has a stricter standard, referred to as a “Florida Override,” that is an 18-inch minimum—except that, when the grade is sloped, 25% of the area can be lower, but not below 12-inches.
